一、岗位职责
1.负责收集和分析食品行业及竞品的市场信息,掌握市场动态和消费者需求,进行市场调研,分析行业趋势,深入了解水果种植、原料供应,为产品开发和市场推广提供决策支持。
2.负责食品、饮料品类快消产品的开发策划,包括新产品的概念构思、配方设计,参与实验验证、生产工艺等环节。
3.能够对现有产品线进行改进和优化,提升产品的品质和市场竞争力。
4.与工厂建立长期稳定的沟通合作关系,确保产品供应的稳定性和质量,协助优化成本结构,提高产品竞争力。
5.联络客户跟进产品上市推进工作,协调内外部资源,确保产品研发完成、大货生产后,在发运、销售环节的顺利进行。
6.策划和组织新品上市的市场营销活动,以支持产品上市后的渠道和消费者沟通,关注销售表现,适时调整产品策略。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,农业工程/食品科学/食品工程/食品技术/营养学/市场营销/新闻传播等相关专业,与农业相关学科优先。
2.1-3年相关工作经验,有食品、饮料行业工作经验优先。热爱快消品行业,喜欢产品开发类工作。欢迎优秀应届毕业生,但需展现出较强的学习能力和行业热情。
3.英语听说读写流利,能作为工作语言。
4.具备产品研发基础知识,了解食品研发的基本原理和流程,掌握食品添加剂的应用、国标规定以及产品的工艺流程信息。
5.具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力及学习能力,能够与销售部、供应链等部门有效协作。
6.具有一定的市场敏锐度,能够准确把握市场趋势和消费者需求。

Job Description (Job Duties & Responsibilities)
1.Market Research and Analysis:
Responsible for gathering and analyzing market information within the food industry and competitive products, grasping market dynamics and consumer needs. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gain an in-depth understanding of fruit cultivation and raw material supply,and provide decision-making support for product development and marketing promotion.
2.Product Development and Planning for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) in Food & Beverage Category:
In charge of developing and planning new FMCG products in the food and beverage categories, including conceptualizing new product ideas, designing formulations, participating in experimental validation, and overseeing production processes.
3.Product Line Improvement and Optimization:
Capable of improving and optimizing existing product lines to enhance product quality and market competitiveness.
4.Collaboration with Factories:
Establish long-term stable communication and cooperation relationships with factories to ensure stable product supply and quality. Assist in optimizing cost structures to improve product competitiveness.
5.Product Launch Coordination:
Liaise with clients to follow up on product launch progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure smooth operations across product development, mass production, shipping, and sales.
6.Marketing Activities for New Product Launches:
Plan and organize marketing campaigns for new product launches to support channel and consumer communication post-launch. Monitor sales performance and adjust product strategies as needed.
Job Requirements:
1.Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, Marketing, Journalism & Communication, or related fields. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in food-related disciplines.
2.Work Experience:
1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Passion for the FMCG industry and a preference for product development work. Outstanding recent graduates will be considered if they demonstrate strong learning abilities and enthusiasm for the industry.
3.Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening, capable of using it as a working language.
4.Product Development Knowledge:
Possess basic knowledge of product development, understand the fundamental principles and processes of food R&D, and be proficient in the application of food additives, national standards, and product process flow information.
5.Communication, Coordination, and Learning Abilities:
Strong communication, coordination, and learning skills, able to effectively collaborate with departments such as Sales and Supply Chain.
6.Market Sensitivity:
Possess a certain degree of market sensitivity, capable of accurately grasping market trends and consumer needs.
